directed and produced by myself for the gempen memorial organizing committee, the official aftermovie captures the best moments of the 2017 edition of the renowned oldtimer rally, held in collaboration with acs switzerland, mercedes-benz, ferrari and other prestigious partners like belmot swiss, dunlop, porsche, the pantheon basel and tagheuer.
shot with professional equipment including drones, action cams, and a cinema-grade camera used in national geographic productions, the film offers immersive insights into the event – from driver briefings and welcoming moments to behind-the-wheel footage, insights across all rally rounds, from vintage classics to the youngest old-timers. a highlight for oldtimer fans: the 1937 lagonda lg 45 dhc.
in addition to the aftermovie, a comprehensive photographic documentation was created for marketing communication and as a personal gift to participants.
